To make sure you are happy with your purchase and rights as a customer, you must read these terms and conditions to make sure that they contain all that you want and nothing that you are not happy with.
Returns & Refunds
Should you for any reason be unhappy with your new accessories, please contact us via email within 14 days of purchase, in the first instance.
Please bear in mind that all items are handmade and unique. They will therefore vary from the pictures shown.
Please note: We cannot accept responsibility for products once they have left our care if they have been mishandled or if care instructions are not followed.

Shipping & Postage
We generally post "Royal Mail First Signed" within the UK. As this provides our customers with a tracking code and us with a receipt signature.
Occasionally, we will use other currier providers, if more expedient or if the parcel is very large.
Production time varies on orders, but we strive to have your handmade item in the post within 14 working days.
